"AMAZING WORK! Our vehicle was caught in the dreaded hailstorm in the fall of 2023. It is a hardtop convertible Volvo which is a very complex vehicle to accurately perform bodywork. No one else would touch it. Others told me it would take months to get parts from overseas or that it was just going to be totaled. I took it to a local bodyshop who took it in and said they had a PDR guy that could handle it. Two weeks later it was returned. All of the damage was repaired using paintless dent repair and there were NO signs of previous damage. I learned it was Black Diamond Auto Werks that performed the PDR work. "My truck was in a hail storm back in September. It was the first time I had find somebody to fix my truck. I was looking around on my phone for shops and found Black Diamond Auto Werkz. I didn’t know anything about them but I decided to send them an email on a Saturday hoping they’d respond during week. They responded within a couple hours. On a Saturday at that telling me they could get me that Wednesday to look at the truck. That was a pleasant surprise. I met Myra and her husband Agustin. They were a young friendly couple but very professional and knew their stuff about the business. I went with them and they got me in the following Monday. They quoted me 3 weeks to get the truck done. I dropped off my truck. They even took me to get my rental. Any time they needed to contact the insurance company they would follow up with me. They also have a young lady by the name of Claire. When Myra couldn’t call me Claire would call. She even came by the rental place to pick me up when my truck was ready. I never felt uneasy about working with them. They always seemed easy to talk to. The work on the truck was excellent. You couldn’t tell that it had ever been in a hail storm. From my understanding this is a fairly new company. But the work ethic this family and company have. I see nothing but a bright future for them. Agustin, Myra and Claire and the rest of shop were all class acts. In my opinion you won’t go wrong using them."
