"WE COULD HAVE DIED. This is the worst dealership we have ever been to. My gf, Denise, and I brought in high-end rotors and brakes AND.. they completely forgot to install them on the driver's rear tire (see pics of heat & friction grind). Pure DEADLY NEGLIGENCE. She did a CROSS COUNTRY DRIVE WITH CALIPERS SCRAPING AGAINST THE BASE PLATE! Per shop protocol, mechanics were responsible for both rear tires and were supposed to change both rear brakes and rotors: however, mechanic completely forgot to put on rotor & brake pad (HOW?!? We had full metal on metal contact - caliper & a weak metal baseplate). We also came in and told them an issue of caliper tampering and the said they fixed that issue also (after we paid above $1k for this repair). A diff Mitsubishi told us about the horrible issue & stated Elder's fault was life threatening. Elder's branch & Rusty would not take ownership of their mistake. After a few calls, they said they'd 100% cover it, but then started COUNTING PENNIES & WENT BACK ON THEIR WORD, several times. After extensive testing on Lauren's (Elder's) claims on what happened, we indefinately found evidence our calipers NEVER failed prior to inspection.. Elder flat out LIED to not cover anything that was promised. This place is "Bad Business". Brakes & rotors were NEVER installed. They didn't COVER ANYTHING to help fix or own up to their own mess (AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, ALL THIS HAPPENED DURING CHRISTMAS). We could have DIED or killed someone else while on the interstate if the caliper shredded the baseplate completely (since their was no rotor or brake installed for protection). See pics from a diff Mitsubishi dealership that pointed out this issue. I also have vids of 3 Countryside's dealership manager (GM, Sales M, & Service M) & head tech Mike claiming it was pure negligence & FAILURE on Elder Mitsubishi. THIS IS THE WORST BRANCH.
