Xpress Hail Repair

"This company is an absolute horror show. BEWARE!!They lied to me several times and asked us if we wanted our cars totaled or repaired. First, they came to our house, had us fill out some forms and said that they could get both our cars in for repairs quickly. I bring my car up and they said they had to inspect the damage and then work with the insurance company to get them to approve the proper repairs. This didn’t take long, Geico approved the additional repairs and sent me a notice. A week goes by and I basically have to call them and really work at it to get them to take my car in for repairs. When I dropped my car for repairs he said my car would be done in 5 days. 5 days come and go. So on day 7, I call and call them with no return call. I leave a message and a text which they have answered previously. Crickets. So my partner drops by their shop around mid day and speaks to someone and is told that my car is taking a long time because they are going back and forth with the insurance company. I knew the claim was approved for the additional amount but I call my insurance company for good measure. The addition claim was approved on Oct 16. This was Nov 3rd. I’m pretty mad and ready to just go pick up my car since I seemed to be getting lied to and dodged. The head guy finally calls me at the end of the day and apologizes and asks me to please give him through the weekend. He said that there was an issue with a paint mismatch because my trunk needed a bigger repair beyond paint less dent repair. He said I wouldn’t be happy with the way the paint came out. He seems earnest so I agree. He tells me it would be ready on Monday. I tell him not to promise me Monday if it can’t happen. He says it will be Monday or Tuesday. Monday comes and goes. Tuesday around mid day I try to reach anyone and I get dodged again. I drive up there at 4pm on Tuesday and demand to see my car immediately. They bring out my car and it is virtually untouched. They held my car for 11 days and I do not have car rental benefits and did virtually nothing to do repairs. I’m assuming that they are making money on storage fees from the insurance company. BEWARE!!!!! Absolute nightmare!!!"

The whole process was actually super quick. They handled everything for me including calling my insurance company. The turn around was less than 3 days and they even arranged my rental car!!
