"Started off great, but at the end they do not care. These guys will disconnect something then charge you to reconnect. Just me? Read the other reviews with similar stories."

"I spent 5.5 hours there having my daughter's Nissan serviced. They were very thorough and had offered a shuttle service to wait at home, which I refused. Zane was very accommodating and efficient. I did spend 3 hours the next day for new brakes. The waiting area is basic, but the front area is a little more updated and comfortable. There is also an electronics table with chargers. I forgot my charger the first day, and the front desk worker kindly offered hers. I highly recommend Cedar Park Nissan service department."

"Over 2 hrs for oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter. Estimate at check in for the appointment was an hour. "there's no one ahead of you" said service advisor Mason. 2 hrs is a ridiculously long time for that level of service. Will not be going back. I could have done this myself in the driveway in 2 hrs. I don't blame Mason for this but he's the guy out front."

"Overall, multiple negative experiences with the service of my two Nissans. One time they claimed that the engine filter on my Altima needed replacement, the thing is I had replaced it just the day before. Next time, when they checked for a recall related to the hood latch and left the wire disconnected which caused the I-key failure message to show up. They refused to accept that their tech messed something up and wanted me to leave the car there for another day because the key sensor (coil?) might be broken. I went home and checked myself and lo and behold, the wiring was disconnected. On top of that, appointments don't mean anything and the wait is always 2.5-3 hrs for a simple oil change. According to the service advisor I spoke to today when I brought in my car for an oil change, the appointment is just for a time slot to "get to see a service advisor" and may help in cases where 10 cars show up together - his words not mine. What a complete joke...."

"On 8/31, I went in for an oil change and state inspection. As I was waiting, I got a message from the service tech saying that I needed to have my brakes changed and my transmission flushed to pass inspection. I denied those services due to financial reasons. When I left the guy at the front desk said I didn’t pass inspection because of my gas cap. He said to drive it around and then come back to redo the inspection. I went to a different shop and they said there was nothing wrong with my gas cap. I feel like I was being lied to just so your dealership could charge me more money. The last week when it rained, I discovered that one of my windshield wipes wasn’t working properly. Aren’t they supposed to check that when doing a multi-point inspection? Today I wake up and the starter on my car won’t turn over. I hav le a sickening feeling that they did something. I have no trust left in this dealership. I have been a Nissan customer years and I have never felt like this with other Nissan dealerships."
