They failed to properly reattach the bottom panel of my car, leaving out the screws, which led to it dragging on the road the very next day. In my time of need, I reached out to Chase Riley. Without hesitation, he and his team took immediate action to rectify the issue in this brutal cold weather. In less than 10 minutes, they had fixed the panel, treating me with the utmost respect and hospitality during my short wait, offering water and coffee. Not only did he fix the issue at no charge, but he also conducted a complimentary check of my car to ensure no further damages or issues needing attention and educated me on how to take care of my high mileage vehicle.
