Service Department at Big Star Honda

"Customer service as its finest. I came in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago and they recommended an alignment (which truly was due). I have a lifetime alignment at a different company, so I took my car there. The different company completely lied to me and said my car could not be aligned because my struts were bent and all sorts of other things that my car did not need. I ended up calling Big Star back because I was so confused why I was told I need all these things done if they had just completed a multi point inspection and I felt as though they would've caught it. Robb R. was my service adviser who I truly recommend for going above and beyond for his customers. He does a great job communicating (even if it isn't something that you want to hear - like when they accidentally left a minor cover off of something with the initial oil change). Buddy is the most honest master technician. He took the time to explain all of the rationale and mechanics behind what he recommends and reassured me that there isn't anything inherently wrong that would endanger me if I didn't fix it right now (like Russell & Smith Honda made me feel like). I would highly recommend these two gentlemen and happy that I found my car guys near my new home area! I'll be back!"

"WORST customer service and work done here! Don’t come here! The last time I came they bent my rim and I tried to reach someone and NO ONE called me back. The representative Sang and Gerson that assisted me DID NOT bother to mentioned it or go over the report with me. I read the papers once I was home. I came to my appt today and I was told there are no technicians available because I made my appt the same day. If I choose to wait it would be 1:30 to 1:45 long(already having and appt). So at the end it doesn’t matter if you have appt or not it’s the same thing as a walk in except as a walk in you have a greater chance for them to turn you away and brush you off. No one greats you when you come in. All the representatives at the this place are rude, dismissive and unprofessional. They only want you to do your auto repairs here and when you say no they stop being courteous. They ALWAYS LACK communication. They stop calling and asking me for feedback because it wasn’t what they wanted to hear. If I could give No stars I would! I been coming here for sometime now because of the oil change deal but I had enough of this place."

"This has been by the worst place I’ve ever visited. I’ve taken my car here numerous times I only had my car a month the first time…..how I purchased a car which was supposed to been inspected before putting on the lot to sale when I got the car it had a popping noise but grew louder doing the first month took it to get repaired got my car back the clicking noise never disappeared I called about the issue never was resolved. Next the ACC light started coming and off like it had a shortage anyway that wasn’t the issue the car started losing power and A/C wasn’t working properly. Took my car to get service it took me a whole month before I even got my car back to get it with the ACC light staying on and after a week or so the car lot power started smoking from underneath the hood and the A/C isn’t working called back in Oct 2023 I’m still waiting for my call. This place has poor communication skills, unorganized, and never returns calls even if u leave messages I hate I purchased a car from BIG STAR HONDA I’ll never recommend anyone are become a returning customer"

"I am always satisfied when I bring my vehicle in for service. Paul Pham is a pleasure to work with, I would not be a returning customer if not for the exceptional and excellent customer service he provides. He is very knowledgeable, professional and caring and much more. Paul goes above and beyond and will always try his best to get the job done. 5 stars for this rating is not enough, I would give more stars if I could."

"This place is a joke. It was my first time here unfortunately I have to complete my 2 other oil change. The customer service is unbelievable, they see the client standing there and they ignore you until they feel like it. The rest are busy talking with their coworkers in the meantime there’s a bunch of clients waiting. The manager nice guy tries to do his job but messes it up by not enforcing his job. Dude told me that it was going to be between an hours and 30 minutes and it ended up being 3 hours 1/2 hours. Then said give them 15 minutes your car is being washed. 25-30 minutes passed and I’m still waiting for my vehicle that came out as it was. My vehicle was parked the entire time as I was just waiting in the meantime the workers where busy pretending to be working."
