"This place has passed my inspections with no trouble in the past years. I have NOT changed anything to my car. I came this year, and it failed my inspection because the front window tint is too dark. I asked the front desk lady to check who had done my previous inspection and she stated she couldn’t do that . Plus, they charged me a fee. Here are the pictures of my ‘dark tint"

"SO grateful to them for their service and care. From the kind woman at the front desk to the kind guy (Anthony I think?) who worked on my car. There was an error on my end, and they were so understanding the whole time as I worked out how to retrieve the proper papers. I was their first customer and they had other people that needed assistance but they still remained so kind about the entire situation. Would recommend because they’re honest and good."

"I took my 08 Mercury Grand Marquis here for an air suspension conversion, and a 2nd visit for a power window motor replacement and diagnostic testing. Tom found all the issues and had my car back in a couple of days. Kathy at the front desk is amazing. Although an issue with the power window came back, Tom took care of the issue at no additional cost. I would recommend this repair facility to any and all, they are trustworthy. In the future, I will use Tom for all my auto repairs. Thanks Tom and Kathy!"
