"Such a friendly and helpful crew. I broke down passing through Houston, and AAA identified this shop as a good place to tow the car to. This team graciously helped me to confirm the car was a goner (engine failure), then they were very patient with me as I handled the logistics of eventually needing to have the car towed by a junker after mailing in the title and various logistical issues on my end. A+ professional and friendly customer service, I wish more people did business like Family Auto Center and based on my experience I would trust this group with my car and to do business fairly without hesitation."

"I was driving out of town on I-10 when my truck made a loud noise and then started vibrating pretty bad. Since I couldn’t drive safely to my destination, I googled this place based on the reviews and limped in. I was greeted right away by someone who seemed very professional and knowledgeable and not someone who was going to take advantage of the situation. The shop was clean and organized. It was after lunch and event though they looked like their bays were full, they took time to get my truck up on the rack to diagnose a drive-shaft problem. Since my truck was fairly new and still under warranty, THEY suggested I take it to the dealer to save some money or they also offered to fix the problem. Because of how they handled me as a customer, I honestly thought about letting them fix it even though it would’ve cost me a few hundred dollars out of pocket but of course that didn’t make a lot of sense. The owner was kind enough to find a dealership who had the part in stock and point me in the right direction and explain what I should expect when I towed my car to the dealer. So let me add this: based on the customer service I received, their attitude of treating me with professionalism and my overall great experience with them EVEN THOUGH they didn’t do anything but tell me what was wrong with my truck - I’m going back to them the next time I need an oil change or other issue even though it’s 50+ miles from my home because they can be trusted. Short version: thanks and recommended"
