"When I first took my vehicle to get an estimate, they forgot to add the rim and that was one of the main things that was noticable. So I had to go back so they could do it correctly. I put it in the shop and the first and third day I get a notification on my phone saying my car was idling for 15 minutes. I called to ask why and they couldn't give me a reason. So someone was just burning my gas for no reason. When I finally picked my car up it looked nice until I looked up closely the next day and saw that the new rim was scratched up in a few places. I don't want my car in the shop for another week for another rim so I'll just let it be. Lastly I know you're supposed to remove your personal items but I never thought someone would actually use my hand cream. Then they left it empty. Therefore, God forbid but if I have to take my car to a collision shop in the future, this one will not be it."

"This is my 2016 corolla bumper was not fixed properly as agreed to fix and said will call you once get parts even after months never called me so i walked in took my car to their mechanic just pushed bumper in and said we fixed it just to make it look nice for temporary my car is in really bad condition all bumper is coming out they are really professional when it comes to making customer fool playing with your insurance money not happy with repair :("
