"I wanted to get my windows tinted so I called JC Window Tinting to see about going in or setting an appointment. It was Saturday when I called & I was told "Yes! We're open Sundays! Go ahead & come in the morning & we'll get you taken care of!" I showed up as directed & there was not a soul in sight. After waiting a few minutes thinking maybe they were just running late, I decided to call. A lady answered the phone & RUDELY told me" WE'RE CLOSED!" Then just hung up on me! I believe it was the same lady that told me to come on in the following Sunday morning! I ended up going somewhere else with superior customer service skills & got taken care of right away! I have a couple of cars & have a lot of family & friends with window tinting needs so by being rude to me, this company lost a lot of business & money!"

"The service was quick and easy! I was just a bit upset that when I set an appointment with the company and I arrived before my scheduled time...nobody was even there! I called and was told that he was on his way and would be there soon but he didn't show up until more than 30 minutes afterwards! This would have been a 5 star review had I not been left waiting so long!!!!!"
