"This is a really good dentistry. Dr Kamboj does great work and does everything possible to make things comfortable for me as a patient. Ashley the dental assistant is friendly and can answer any question you ask her. And Alexa at the front office is on top of everything for the insurance billing and is extremely professional. I now bring my entire family to this dentistry and have highly recommended it to my friends."

"Alexa, the financial coordinator, is extremely rude and very dismissive of any questions/concerns, as a patient, you have! She quoted an incorrect fee plan, via our insurance plan; when I called our insurance to clarify her quote, which was extremely high, she stated that our insurance was lying to us and we did not have coverage for several procedures, which delta dental told me we actually did have coverage for. I DO NOT recommend anyone going to this facility! We ultimately found another dentist, that was in our network, and they charged us the correct in network fees, which we were very pleased with!"

"I recently visited Lake Houston Smiles to try a new dentist in the area. I was very pleased with the office until it was time to clean my teeth. I was told I needed to come back every few months for additional cleanings, which would all cost extra. I was hoping this office would not be one of the "upsale" offices, but unfortunately it is. I will be going back to my previous dentist in town, who does not do this. I have very clean teeth and feel the office was trying to nickel and dime me to get more money."

"I had high hopes for this dentist. Staff was very friendly and office very clean. However, I was taken back by the cost of the treatment. I wanted a cleaning and was told I needed a “light deep cleaning.” I was told I needed to return every 3-4 months for deep cleaning and none of it would be covered by my insurance. This was going to cost $500 every 3-4 months and that is outrageous. When I expressed concern about the follow-up visits and the price, I was told that the office would “cap” my expenses at $500 each visit since the initial would be paid ($3100) by insurance and I would be out of pocket $478. How is that capped and the initial (which is not covered by insurance) not capped. Buyer beware."
