Fall Creek Family Dental

"God is good and right on time :) I've been seeking a dentist close here in Humble. My Dad told me about Fall Creek FD right near Reflexology. He had picked up a business card for me a while ago, but I misplaced it. I just happened to drop by there after I got off work this past Monday. It was after business hours. Therefore, I assumed they were closed. Lo and behold the lights were still on in their office! :) An employee named Victoria was going in to pick up some paperwork. She was very friendly, invited me in, got all my required info and scheduled me literally the same week that Thursday. This was perfect because I didn't have to be at work until 12 noon. When I arrived at my appointment, I was warmly greeted and well taken care of. I was honestly embarrassed because I haven't been to the dentist since pre covid :( Plus my teeth had badly stained over time. However they were very considerate and assuring. They did my X-rays first, determined what I needed, went over the pricing and what all my insurance would cover. Then they proceeded with my consent the deep cleaning I needed. My procedure went smooth, not painful at all. Jade and Dr Bernal were gentle, talked with me through the process and made me very comfortable. Afterwards they gave me my post deep cleaning recovery care materials and instructions. I was able to get to work early on time. Since the numbness wore off, I've had no swelling, no nerve, gums nor tooth pain. They did a great job! My teeth look white, shiny and bright* Overall I was truly happy and grateful for my experience :) Thank You to the Fall Creek Family Dental staff! "I tried Fall Creek Family Dental at the advice of my wife, as she takes the kids there. After multiple visits all I have to show for it is wasted time and money. I had them replace a old crown, and this replacement lasted only months. The dentist was needlessly rough, biting into my lip and causing considerable discomfort in the process. No big deal so long as its all one and done so to speak... but alas... the replacement crown failed in months time, and my insurance company back billed them over the ADA issue which they brought to my attention.... because Fall Creek Family Dental did not follow ADA guidelines on waiting for my gums to heal the new crown failed, and my insurance company -will not- cover another repair, much less the implant FCFD now says I need. That's right, insurance called them out on their negligence, kicking the claim, and has forthright declined any future insurance coverage on this tooth due to that negligence. I took a half day off work ( RIP vacation time) for the last appointment where I asked them to cement the new failed crown they made back in place. They declined, citing I now need an implant. That was a short appointment, maybe 25 minutes of wasted time.... and when I got back to my car my passenger side front window was broken out, and my lunch bag was missing ( maybe someone thought it had electronics inside? IDFK... Fantastic experience inside and out this dentist.... I'd like my $805.30 ( my portion of the procedure) back so I can use it towards multiple thousands of dollars out of pocket dental work I now need at a competent dental office."
