"I have been going to this location for oil changes since I purchased my car. I went for an oil change at Saturday morning. Intake staff was good. The people that handled my vehicle? Not so much. I requested no car wash. I was in a rush and went home and realized there was oily residue on the outside of the car AND INSIDE ON THE SEATS AND THE DOOR. A empty water bottle was left in car (GROSS). I was sitting outside in the parking lot and saw two men in my car in the parking lot. Why? Never returning. -CONNERY."

"Update: I have had my car now for not even a year and my car has now had: bad sensor, misfiring spark plugs, shot ignition coil, needed coolant flush, and transmission failure to the point where a transmission shop had to replace the whole dang transmission! Thank God for the guy in financing that convinced me to get the warranty. A warranty that has been absolute hell to deal with. As for the rest of this business, shame on you. Never got any resolution or closure on the last incident either. I was working with Sara Davis who sold me a car and I did a trade in. At the time, she didn't have anyone to take off the license plate boarder on site and said she would get it taken care of Monday, which is fine, I was coming in on Monday (this is a Saturday by the way) to drop off the title and the cars headrests I accidentally took, which maybe I should have kept that as ransom, but oh well I was being a good person bringing them in. So I see her Monday and ask her if they got it off, and she said she forgot and would go to them later that day, I said do you want me to wait? She said no I will call you. So I wait the rest of Monday, (I walked in at 5pm, they are open until 8 pm) no call. I said okay strange, maybe she will call me Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around, no call. She finally texts me at Wednesday afternoon saying they already threw it away, after I have mentioned this too many times without being annoying. So if you don't want to be viewed as solely a sale and not as a person, by someone who doesn't take your requests seriously, don't work with her. I would like to note that everyone in financing was nice and easy to work with and I do love my car, which gets it to 2 stars. I just want her to do better in viewing people as people and not as numbers. Thank you."

"We have taken our 2021 Honda Pilot in 3 times since December for water getting into the lift gate. The first time we were told there was a hole in the roof near the spoiler(patched). The second time they replaced the spoiler. The water gets trapped into the lift gate and then when lifted it ends up making it way into the vehicle through the headliner. This is unacceptable and with water getting in to the vehicle we end up with potentially mold problems and or electrical shorts possibly. This may be an isolated incident but we shouldn't have to accept a new vehicle 34,000 miles with this issue."

"Great experience with salesman. Horrible experience with management and service department or whoever checks the vehicles for delivery. Bought a car march 30, we agreed that they were gonna fix a couple of things before getting the car. Said it was ready April 7th drove hour and a half to only see a car with no screws/clips holding the bumper and tools left under hood. Paid 15k Down payment and it’s been more than a week without a car. Will not recommend this dealer to anyone."
