"We've had many vehicles in our family, and Reliant has fixed them all for the last five years. From routine service to major repairs. I trust Sam and his crew to give an accurate diagnosis (good or bad) and fix it correctly. They have saved me from Mercedes dealers costs many times. Mercedes was going to charge $8k to replace the catalytic converters. Took it to Sam he said he could do it, but I should take it back to the dealer, because the converters were still under warranty (which Mercedes neglected to tell me). I like the way Reliant runs their business. If you want cookies go to the dealership… if you want honest reliable service on your car, take it to Reliant."

They've always beat Mercedes dealer pricing with a greater level of service, using only the best parts (the same the dealer would use). The owner has gone the extra mile for me when dealing with difficult warranty companies or giving me a ride home while the vehicle was being repaired. They take their time to explain what's going on with the vehicle and will give you the best options and scenarios to aid in your decision making. I would recommend this shop to any friend or family member because I know they would be treated right. They work on average vehicle as well as top of line, custom vehicles. He has impeccable experience."
