"I came to VIP Body Shop to get my undercarriage fixed. I was told that they were unable to get my car completely fixed back to new, but they would still be able to fix the piece that was hanging. I picked my car up and noticed that the piece did not look like it was properly fixed. The very next day my undercarriage was hanging just as it was when I brought it to them. I feel as though I just got taken advantage of instead of them using their professional judgement by refusing to do the service due to not being able to provide a quality finished product to the customer. I waisted $500 with them and then had to take my car somewhere else and pay the $1000 deductible to get it properly fixed. In the future, if they know that what they are providing a service that will not even last 24 hours they should just tell the customer that the job can not be done instead of just attempting to do something that they know is not going to work."

"I took my car here after my friend recommended them, the owner is really welcoming and understanding. However when it came to the work not great. I took my Impala to get the front bumper repaired after someone backed into the front of my car and drove off. I went in with high expectations, the repair was done early october they were very fast im getting the work done in a timely manner. How ever when i checked the work done the bottom of the bumper popped out with a small push so I called the shop and they had me bring it in so they could fix it which they did. But now a month later the same side of the front bumper pops out and I have to be pushing it back in place and one of my head lights has white paint from when they repainted the area. I would not ever recommend to take any cars to get repairs done here."
