"This is my second review. I had to delete my old one in order to post a new one. The first review was great. Nothing bad to say. However, that was a year ago. My daughter and I have been patients maybe a little more than two years. Great customer service and a beautiful office. Last year I called to schedule my routine cleaning and they did not have an appointment available for me until an entire year later. I chose to wait because that’s how much I loved this office. They told me that it is recommended I stay on top of my cleanings due to a deep pocketing issue I have. Today was the day of that appointment. I waited an entire year. But I was happy to finally get in. When I got there, the lady that called me to the back seemed to be in a rush and it was obvious. After my ex-ray, she realized I really needed a deep cleaning but informed me she only had time to do the left bottom side of my mouths and I would have scheduled another appointment for the other three sections. I said well we can schedule them all at once since my insurance allows it anyways. I went to the front and the lady said nothing was availed till September. I explained this is how I ended up waiting a year. She said she could put me on a wait list, but I informed her I was on the wait list for a year and never received a text or call. So today is my last day. I can’t go on months/years without cleanings because of their scheduling issues. If you have recommendations, please leave comments. I prefer the Humble area or Bay Area. Thank you."

"I have been coming to see Dr. G for almost 10 years or more and I won't go anywhere else. First the introduction of themselves when you first walk through the door speaks for it self. The front desk team is ALWAYS pleasant and professional. The dentistry team in the back, no matter who services you for that day, exceeds my expectation!! They make sure your comfortable, explains everything and patience with your questions. Love the TV/movie choice idea because I am absolutely nervous at the dentist but this always help calms my nerves. I love when Dr. Gustafson comes in after the hygienist complete the work, she comes in very softly with a great big smile which is also calming. Once she makes the final look at your teeth she is sure to explain again what's needed or just to say "ok everything looks well, good job on your teeth". Rock on guys!!! You are truly a great team."
