Dr Hugh Patton

"Do not use this dentist. His office staff is incompetent, never answers the phone, return phone calls or get requested estimates to you. In January 2023 I had routine x rays taken as I needed a general cleaning, tooth extraction and implants. I only had the general xrays taken and just talked with the doctor. The insurance should have covered this completely, however I was charged $46 for this nothing visit. Even though I felt he overcharged me I paid this on March 7, 2023 via my Manvel bank. To date they refuse to acknowledge receipt of the bank deposit and keep re-sending me this bill which I paid, and I have not been able to schedule a return visit for a general cleaning and discuss an estimate for the tooth extraction and implants. This office does not care about returning repeated calls nor my threats to write a bad review."

He took time to explain his actions as well as the procedure itself, explaining each step, ensuring we both understood and were comfortable. One is treated like family here. We were not rushed. "Dr. Patton is wonderful and I'm saying this after just having a root canal. He is very professional and talked me through everything he was doing. He and his staff were great at talking me down while I was having a mini panic attack (right before getting shots in my mouth). Despite the fact that I was getting a root canal down, I hardly felt any pain. I definitely recommend these guys, in fact, I had my fiance call and schedule his next check up with them as soon as I was out of the office."
