"This place is no longer the Highland Dental it was years ago. It has switched hands a couple of times and is now Brident. I called and left a message for a cleaning to be scheduled. I arrived before my appointment time, checked in, then sit for 35 minutes in the waiting room so I asked if I needed to reschedule. They said no, they were getting set up for me and they had 2 other specialists in the office that day which is their reason for the wait. What? The technician did a panoramic and the other uncomfortable xrays which I commend her quickness and trying to make it as comfortable as possible. This is also when I find out I'm only scheduled for an exam. A cleaning comes later at another appointment! What? I've never been to a dentist office that does that. I was not happy about that so they explained that they have a tech that was out to lunch but when she gets back they could try to squeeze a cleaning in so since i scheduled a cleaning in the first place i just agreed to wait. The doctor comes in and seems pleasant at first and then does her exam. She asks me for my allergies and current medications which I tell her and she says none of what I've told her is recorded, I've been going there for years and she seemed to blame me for that oversight. Her exam was strange, poking and repoking (causing pain) and made some undecipherable comments to the tech. I asked a few simple questions about her findings at the end and she became more impersonal, almost impatient. I was happy to stop talking with her and wanted to just leave since it was now 2pm. I told the front desk I would not be waiting for the cleaning after all. I will not be going back since their scheduling for a simple cleaning seems to require 2 visits, reasons for delays are very unsatisfactory, the whole experience was not a bright cheerful one that I've experienced for the past 50 years. My daughter even contacted them for a quote for a nightguard months ago. She updated her email and phone number to contact her and not a peep until just recently, and she still doesn't have a definitive quote. I told her and my husband to not go back there and I will find us a new proficient and efficient dentist for future visits."

"This place has cancelled 2 appointments for my family and made absolutely no effort to reschedule or even reach out. You deserve better than this place. 5 one star reviews in a row... perhaps the owner should better manage their business instead of replying to the negative reviews."

"Incompetence at the highest level. IMO the office manager is incompetent. I was referred to them to treat TMJ which was clearly stated on the referral form. When I arrived she asked for the form even though I already sent it to her. After a while she found my email that contained the referral form. I was lead to a room where I waited for an hour only to be told that their Oral Surgeon did not treat TMJ. Total waste of my time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"I had to wait for a long time, like 2 hours to be told that the doctor had left for lunch and that I was going to have to come back after 1:00. On top of that the filling that the doctor worked on was poorly done. It was a filling on my front tooth and it looked uneven with my other tooth."

"When I went every patient seem to need a deep cleaning. I was a little concerned with this, because what are the odds. Went to another dentist and they were surprised that this was recommended by any dentist. I would say beware when you go to this place. I will be going elsewhere from now on."
