"The person that I spoke to the most was Rick. He went out of his way to keep me informed with the status of my truck. Overall, I am ok with the service provided. But I do hesitate.... I took my truck in because of a check engine maintenance light and I was hearing a noise that was not normal for my truck. I approved all of the repairs that were recommended. However, when I picked up my truck, the check engine light was still on and I could still here the noise that I took it in for. The mechanic reset the light and assured me that the noise that I heard was normal. Oh well, time will tell,"
