"I had a cap and tooth break late Thursday evening and they were able to get me in first thing Friday morning. I normally don’t mind going to the dentist but was very nervous. Heather was very knowledgeable and walked me through all of my options and Mike was able to work with me and make it an affordable visit since it was not a planned expense. I saw Dr Teppa, who was quick with the injections and getting my broken tooth out without any pain or discomfort. I really appreciated the effort and attention from the entire staff. It goes a long way and this will be my go to dentist from now on."
"Had a scheduled appointment @ 8am. Got a reminder call last week and a reminder text this morning about my appointment @ 8am! I show up at 8am and the door is locked with lights out. Ok, no problem..maybe the entire office is running late this morning. It is now currently 8:25am and I'm sitting in my car still waiting for someone to arrive. No Dentist and no staff! Totally unprofessional! I definitely will be looking for a new Dentist! Just waisted 30 minutes of my morning!"
