"I have been going to this Take 5 in Humble for over a year now, but yesterday the service was terrible. I had to ask them to check my filter to which they responded they had checked, and I told them that I hadn’t seen them checking it and they said if I wanted them to check it again they needed $49. My total for an oil change was $94, and on my receipt they claimed they washed my windscreen, checked my wipers, changed my filter and did a tire rotation, none of which they did. The service took not less than 7 minutes. Is this because the Manager wasn’t there on Sunday? Please do not claim to have done work that you didn’t do and still Charge us for it."
"I love coming here because it’s so easy and convenient. Customer service was amazing from everyone but I wanted to give a special shout out to Maddie who provided exceptional customer service. I mean just wow. Her attitude was so refreshing especially because these days good customer service is hard to come by"
