"1st I'd like to say Vidal was nice and helpful, but the rest of my experience was not good. I'll try to keep this as short as possible. I understand delayed parts is not on them, but they had my car for over month and was still waiting on a part. I told them if it's drivable I'll use it while I wait on the part. I pick up my car only to find trash and parts left in th back and the door to the gas tank not opening or staying closed properly. I take it back up there. That took longer than it should have. Over a month later my part finally comes in. I take my car back up only to leave with the top of my car damaged because they let their garage door close on my car. At 1st Justin offered to pick up my car and even fill up my tank. A week later after calling multiple times and again waiting on a part, my car is fixed, but my tank was not filled up. They didn't even wash it like a response said they do on another review I read. Update as of 12/18: I emailed the address in the response and it kicks back undeliverable. I copied and pasted the email address straight from their response."

"I had damages to my vehicle due to a side swipe hit and run. Thankfully it was still somewhat drivable. I dropped my car off on Oct. 25th, it was repaired and ready by Nov.7th and picked up on Nov. 9th. I love how my car almost looks like I drove it off the lot. The service provider, Justin was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process via my preferred method. Once I picked up my car, he did a quick rundown of all the repairs. Even the service desk clerk was absolutely pleasant. No complaints whatsoever. This will be my go to collision center. Here are some before and after pictures."
