"The key fob to my 2012 Kia Soul wasn’t locking or unlocking as well as the doors after changing the battery. I went to multiple shops that did not make the time to check it and told me it was an electrical problem that was going to be expensive to diagnose. I was just about to purchase a new key fob for $300 until Antonio found the problem which was a loose fuse in the fuse box and the key locator which was causing problems with reprogramming key fob. He fixed the issue and only charged me for the diagnostics which was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the timing of resolution along with the fee and honesty of the mechanic. I will definitely be returning for future repairs on all my vehicles."
