"0/10. This place is horrible. I've waited over 2 hours for multiple braces appointments. Last time I was there, I waited over an hour just to get told (after I came up to the front desk to ask) that the person that was supposed to shape my retainers was not even in the building yet. I was late to work for absolutely no reason. My appointment was at 9:30 and I was called at noon to ask "if I wanted to come back since the person just got there" ... 3 HOURS after I was scheduled. My retainers are so uncomfortable I can't even wear them since they failed to shape them as promised. Spoke with "escalation team" Amanda and Daisy and all they did was make empty promises and lie. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME."
"My son went here. And every since he went here he complains about the caps hurting it's hard for him to eat and the won't fix it. My son has lost wait do to him not wanting to eat a lot of different foods because of his pain"
"Huntyyyy if your not bringing your child here to rodeo dental ' not just rodeo dental but the one off of Scott street . I love bringing my kids here they are never bored here it's always something to do ' the whole scheme of it is amazing !!!! I'm 3 years in and done has another baby now she goes here also ' keep doing what you guys are doing I love it ' even the staff are amazing , they listen for the most part and are very gentle with my kids ' it's a win win for me !!! B"
"Fun waiting area with lots to do including seeing a movie in their theater, playing basketball, and playing arcade games like Pac-Man, MarioKart DX Arcade, and Arcade Legends. Terrific staff and dentists! Wonderful place for children and adults! Now, since Covid is a concern, I appreciate even more how Rodeo Dental takes great precautions in assuring the safety and well-being of their clients. Each exam room is walled and quite spacious. It's also nice that you can watch TV or a movie while you're in the exam room."
