"I drove in from Austin in my BMW 428i and my air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. When I arrived at the hotel in downtown Houston I needed a mobile auto mechanic ASAP. After a quick google search and reading reviews I called Nate and he picked up on the second ring. He came to the hotel, ran diagnostics, identified the issue, went and picked up the parts, and within 30 minutes my A/C was fixed! Nate had a super positive attitude and handled everything with excellent customer service quickly. Highly recommend, give Nate a call!"

"*SCAM* DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. here's a picture of the "new" alternator I paid $340 for. This alternator broke my serpentine belt and the belt broke my power steering pump. I'm out over $1100 for an alternator change because this guy ripped me off and i still have to replace my power steering pump. On top of that the tech was hours late every time he came, blocked a gate when I told him where to park. Ran out of gas so the gate was blocked and my company had to bring him gas. I have not been refunded as of now. I was told I would be refunded for the part but I highly doubt that will happen and that doesnt cover all my other expenses due to this. I will update if anything changes."
