"Very bad day turned out OK. Back window with defogger and wiper, weatherstripping and emblem all shattered. Called dealership first but told I had to drop it off for estimate and it would take 1 week to get parts. No thanks. Kevin answered phone, looked at my texted photos, and called me back to tell me they could do the job. Within 30 minutes, Renee and Alonso were on site- took over 1 hour but they did an excellent job. Obviously know what they’re doing. Required nothing from me. I won’t complain about the price because I was desperate. Highly recommend!"
