"The work I had done (caps) was solid. Fairly priced, good service, especially as it was performed by students under supervision. This place is busy so prepare for crowds and waiting. An EPIC style online patient system would be really handy to keep track of appointments, and which staff members worked on you. Bring old school paper and pencil to keep track of people, appointments, etc. The only down side is getting there and parking: atrocious. Staff and patients fight for spots. If you're handicapped, as I am, there very few handicap parking spaces so be prepared to walk/roll a looong way. Also, no covered parking so bring appropriate weather gear."

"Was referred there by my Dentist for a root canal, so I go to the school, and waited for over an hour, due to the students getting tested, finally I get called, mind you I have already paid when you check in. Paid $570.00.by the time I got called he Specialist tells me that they have no time for the root canal due to testing. So little did I know that to get your money back, would take 2 or 3 weeks. I am still waiting for my check. I have spoke to receptionist 2 or 3 times, and she tells me the same story.i will delete review when I get my check. If you leave that place and they owe you a balance, you will wait months. Update: they gave me back some of my money, but kept a lot of it, so if you are reading this pay close attention to the way you pay. When you pay in advance. Because several people have said they kept money. So I will give them 2 stars, instead of 1 star."

"I had a great experience! I have no insurance at the moment and was considering going to Mexico for dental work. A friend told me about the school of dentistry and I called them immediately for an urgent care appointment. I know I needed my wisdom teeth removed. I had to get a panoramic X-ray and consult with the resident surgeon (extra cost) Dr Chubb did my surgery and his assistants were AMAZING! David was my nurse and I can’t recall his other assistants name but she was a doll! Super sweet lady. I was extremely nervous (had bad experience with a tooth extraction in the past) but the team did a great job calming me down and my recovery was PAINLESS! It’s been about 4-6 weeks since my surgery and I do not regret coming here. Great people, great services. The surgery scheduler does return phone calls! Griselda was extremely helpful as well. I have zero complaints in my over all experience. The dental students are learning and ask the lead dentist questions before they proceed with anything. They were also very helpful and nice."
