"This facility was pretty decent. I got my car fixed after it was damaged at my apartment complex. It took quite a while from the original time that they told me it would be ready. They didn't take any information for me however I had to initiate constant calls to this place of business in order to check on status of my car. When I finally got my car repaired, I had to initiate contact with the mechanic and was told that the insurance paid my deductible and I had a $600 remaining balance. He took $100.00 off the price. I do appreciate the small discount that I received from this place. Upon receipt of my vehicle, I noticed that my car adapter and charger was missing. It was clean when I received it. I also noticed that only one of my car keys was operational on my vehicle. I'm not sure what may have transpired while my car was being repaired, however only one of my original car keys worked on my vehicle. You will need to do further research before putting your car in this shop. I've gotten this recommendation from a family member. I'll be mindful the next time when I want my vehicle repaired."

"Had my rear bumper fixed here. I got estimates from many other workshops but this Med centre one gave me a decent estimate. They are very economical and especially very quick in fixing the things. "This was the 2nd time I visited this repair shop. NEVER again. The repairs looked good, this time. The 1st time not so great. I took it back because he still had repairs to do. When I got my car back for a front end passenger side damage repair, I noticed that there were 279 miles more on my car than when I had dropped it off, the gas tank was almost to a 1/4 of a tank after I had just filled it up and there were muddy footprints on the floor mat on the back driver's side. I was furious. When I spoke with Abdul he claimed that he only test drove the car to check the vibrating that I asked him to check. I refused to believe that. Then he claimed that he used my car to run errands while supposedly checking the vibrating. I was so upset that he agreed to compensate me $200. Okay fine. A couple of days later, I got an email from my insurance company stating that an estimate was submitted for $217 from this mechanic. I called him and he stated there was missing parts. I picked up my car on Friday and he made the claim on the following Monday. I told him that he didn't want to eat his wrong doing and made my insurance company pay for it. I DO NOT recommend this guy to anyone. Take a picture of your control panel before dropping off your car like I did. I am not one to get on here and rant because I am upset. I tell the truth. "I had a bumper and small body repair. The price was reasonable and the repair seems fine a few weeks after. I found it hard to communicate and figure out what was going on with my car the entire time the repair was being completed. It took calling several days in a row to find out a completion date for the repairs. The date was moved several times between the initial day I was given vs. when it was finally finished. It ended up taking twice as long as they initially stated without any effort by them to let me know. I called before going to pick my car up on the day of and told them I would be there at a specific time. When I showed up, I had to go into the shop to find someone to talk to. I was told to wait in their office which is a moldy, poorly lit room with a couch. In the 45 minutes I sat in the office waiting to pay for my already completed repairs, half a dozen people from the shop walked in and out without acknowledging that I was there or that I had been waiting for so long. After getting my car back I realized that the $5 of coins I had in my center console and my charger cable had been stolen. My trunk was also dirty with some things from the shop clearly left in it. Good repair, reasonable price, bad customer service, and difficulty finishing out the service."
