From the first phone call to make an appointment..to the reception desk, to oral exam, to x-ray and consultation, then continuing through the treatment , release instructions and departure. You feel like "it's all about ME".... Every person explains their part of the process and wants to know if you have any questions or concerns....My extraction was nearly PAINLESS because of their close monitoring and verbalizing every moment!!! Emphasis on release instructions and need for medications to ensure my quick recovery....PLUS, follow up phone call by the doctor the next morning!!"
