"Jefferson dental at Airline location is the most horrible experience I had. The doctor was sick, absent for 3 different days and no one called to inform me and I had to drove all the way and returned home 3 times. The office manager was rude. I need my upper full implant done. She told me they will pull all teeth out and I will have no temp and no teeth for 3 months. I never heard of that. I asked her why can I make a mold for a temp before pulling out the teeth. Wait for the temp is done, so after the teeth is pulled, I can use the temp. Then this way I will not have to walk around with no teeth but a hole in the mouth. Besides how am I going to eat without any upper teeth. The manger said no and I will have to walk around with a hole. I then requested for my record and the copies of the 3D Pictures and they told me I have to wait 24 hours. (they refused print it out at the office) So I asked them to send it to my e-mail. (I was planning take it to different dentist) They told me I will have to wait 24 hours. Unfortunately, I did not heard from them for the whole week; no call and no e-mail as promised. I went back to that office and requested for the records and finally they make the 3D image copy for me(they should done that when I first requested) These people are rude and run that office the way they prefer, Absolutely unprofessional and does not care how many people they will hurt. I decided go to different Jefferson dental office location due to my insurance. I believe they must have better service in different location. Doctor Wu is great and so did all the people workers at Veteran Memorial office. I am looking forward have my new implant and able to eat and does not have to walk around with a big hole in my mouth. DO NOT GO to Jefferson at Airline."
