"I did not have a good experience at this office. I saw the special for exam and Amazon gift card on flyer and called to make an appointment stating the deal from the flyer. I should have left based off the front desk girl. I got there and was asked if I completed the paperwork. I never received paperwork and went to check my email and see it was sent at 2:40 and my appointment was for 3:00. My appointment took 2 hours for my teeth to be cleaned for 15 mins. There is no hygienist that does the cleaning it’s the actual dentist doing everything and she went back and forth between me and the patient next door. My appointment felt rushed and just not what I am used to. We spoke of a markup of cosmetic work I was considering and I never received that. The X-rays were terrible. I’ve been to the dentist all my life and have had the device inside my mouth that keep the mouth open for the X-rays and I’m not sure what’s wrong with theirs but it was so painful and left my back gums sore for days. I wasn’t given the dental gift bag that I usually am provided every cleaning at the end of my visit. I had to ask for it at checkout. I also asked for the Amazon gift card and was told they had ran out. I asked if I could come back when they restocked and front desk girl said Tuesday or they could mail it. I call and say I am on my way to pick up the gift card and 30 mins later as I am about to arrive she calls back and said since I did the special I do not get the gift card it’s for out of pocket new clients and insurance clients. So of all the times I brought that gift card and special up now all of sudden I can’t get both offers. I would’ve never considered them if they had told me this during my initial call to set up the appointment when stating I have the flyer offer. Also had to smell burnt pop corn for the almost 2 hour visit . The least they could’ve done was to give me the gift card for their mishaps and win me over for future visits. Overall the experience was not good and I will not be back."
