"Dr. Swonke and his team are fantastic! I have always hated going to the dentist. I often find it uncomfortable and really dislike the experience every time. However, Dr. Swonke does such a great job. Everything runs so smoothly and quickly. Jake and Maria both have been great for cleaning and assisting with dental work, respectively. Dr. Swonke improved my bite to where it is the best it has been in over a decade; I didn't even know it was possible for that to improve. Also, I even got a partial crown put in with no local anesthetic (with very little pain) - that's how good he is. They have really cool equipment/technology too. I have already recommended Dr. Swonke and his team to several people and am so relieved I found them after a bad prior dentist experience here in Houston. I wish I came here sooner. Lightyears better than past experiences. Highly recommend!"

"I had terrible experience at the clinic. I waited for almost 2 and half hours in spite of having an appointment. The doctor then approached me and asked me few questions however the treatment was not well explained, the doctor seemed extremely busy and hence I could get answer to my questions. He just left saying that he will come and see me however only sent his nurse to complete remaining formality and I had no clue about what sort of treatment I was going to do and weather I would like to do that treatment . After this at front desk they handed over the invoice to me for the treatment. I decided to not continue with the treatment and called them next day to talk about my issue and no body wanted to listen. They still charged me for consultation of my visit. It is extremely disappointing, was waste of my time and money as well."

"I have been going to Houston Medical Center Dental for about 2-3 years. They have very caring dentists and hygienists that listen to your concerns and they treat you like family. They are gentle and they don’t rush through your appointment. They have TVs in each exam room and will offer to have it on or off and you can watch what you want. They will work with you and your insurance company for payment. I recommend this practice with great enthusiasm."
