"Use to enjoy going to this office but they have disappointed time after time. Either they call to reschedule my appts. then they call and cancel my rescheduled appts. Due to staffing issues or they try to charge me for trying to reschedule an appt that was rescheduled by them that couldn't work for me, etc. It's been a long run but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I appreciate Dr. Rodrigue, he's very kind and personable, but his staff is all over the place, and the office manager is rude."
