"Although Dr. Patton is a wonderful Dentist, his office staff leaves much to be desired. Called this morning to reschedule my appointment, as I am home sick, but instead of even getting the option I was hung up on as soon as it was canceled. Will be looking for someone else."
"Front desk girls clearly don’t answer phone or return calls. Have you drive up to clinic under false appointment times and then turn you away from their mistake. Each time I have given this place a try they show that they have poor customer service and even poorer communication to clients. When I called two days in a row NONE of my calls were answered or returned and when arriving to my appointment I can see this dentistry doesn’t care to do their jobs in the slightest. Need new front desk & better employees who care about clients and or prospects driving in to appointment times that were given."
