The manager ( with the gorgeous locks) was very helpful in explaining the importance of the items needed to keep my car running smoothly, and also focused on what i could afford at the time. Definitely a place of business I will continue to take my car for service."

"Location #526 services has really gone downhill. I made an 11:30 for an alignment only and arrived at least 15 minutes prior. My vehicle was not brought into the shop until well after 12:40 upon which I believed they would be completing the alignment. I had another appointment at 1 pm elsewhere. At 1:10 I asked what the status of my vehicle was and the service manager kept assuring me that my vehicle was getting ready to come off the rack. At 1:20 I walked from the waiting room outside to see the progress of my vehicle and no one was was work on my vehicle. I walked to the service manager and informed him I had another appointment and needed my vehicle now. At this point he said yes and proceeded to get my car off the racks and I began receiving text messages if I my vehicledone and services were completed. When he brought my keys in and asked for my $4 payment ( I had previously purchased legacy alignment) I asked where the alignment report was. He stated I would get that emailed to me. The last text message I received was a link that stated the recommendation were urgent alignment and right below this was comments that the customer denied recommendations. So not only did I sit and wait for over two hours at this place but they then charged me for work that was never completed. The only thing I can think is they did not care about timeliness for me because they were not making any money or able to sell up anything because I just wanted an alignment. This place used to be wonderful when I first started going here and the service manager they had was always very prompt and helpful. I don’t know if this person retired but for the past two times I have gone in for an alignment this location service has become bad."

"Great experience. They were professional and timely. They price was great too. Would definitely recommend this business. Ohh, I tested them too. I bought an air filter on my own just to see if they would lie and say I need one. Guess what, they were honest and said my air filter looks great. I like honesty. Kudos Brake Check.
