"I have been Dr. Fleschler's patient since she first began her practice, over 13 years ago. I have had various procedures, routine exams, restorations, etc. and have never once been disappointed or dissatisfied with my treatment. I have total confidence in her expertise, her abilities, her judgment regarding my health. Not only is she exceptionally talented, she is professional, personable, a real pleasure to be acquainted with. Her support staff is absolutely wonderful as well, each exceptional at their particular responsibilities---from the front desk to the exam room---I have only positive, complimentary words for her staff. It is a singular experience to actually look forward to seeing the dentist---but I do every time. I walk out feeling good about my care and am thankful that Dr. Fleschler and her team are there for me. I would not go anywhere else."

"Had an appointment set for over a month. They cancelled when they only called twice the day before to confirm. As someone who works full time, I couldn’t answer during the time they had phoned me. And there was no voicemail left asking for a callback or telling me that my appointment had been cancelled. The day before I had to go. •Cancelled appointment with no notice •Lady said they had called multiple times over the past couple weeks but phone records show they only called twice the day before and didn’t leave a message. •The lady gave unnecessary attitude when I showed up for my appointment with no knowledge of it’s cancellation (due to their lackluster communications.) Takeaway : unfortunately find someplace else if you want a welcoming and professional environment"
