"Bought for Explorer ST from them brand new about 10 months ago, it had some issues with the front suspension (common on the ST from what I’ve seen from other owners) I brought it in they diagnosed the issue, Haley kept me up to date with the process and they gave me a loaner for the meantime. Got my ST back and it feels brand new, they covered all the payments and work under warranty I just paid for my routine service with ford points. Awesome experience!"
