"They did not put my car back together the way it was brought to them. They left bolts on the floor of the passenger seat. Ernesto did not return my calls until my third attempt. They did not keep me informed of the status of the claims. Had I been aware of their reputation, I would never have brought my car to them, but I was visiting here from out of state. Their failure to communicate led to even more delays than necessary. I do not recommend this shop."
"This body shop works for/with Allstate . I brought my car here to have my door fixed but they were vey unprofessional the whole time . They wanted to put aftermarket parts and didn’t bother to call me to inform me how the process was going . Ernesto was also very rude ( only at the end because when he wanted me to bring the car here he was the sweetest gay guy ) . After 2 weeks it was finally done and when I come and pick it up it had a flat tire , he first refused to fix it but ended up putting a plug on some brand new tires ! Also be very careful with the paperwork they make u sign !"
