"Daughter went for a root canal on her grown up tooth... Dr.Grzanich changed her referral to do a baby root canal which should not done on a GROWN UP tooth. Why would they do that? That is crazy that a dentist would actually not know it was a grown up tooth when it was stated in the Referral. My daughters tooth is not able to be saved due to the incompetent actions of this dentist. We are still waiting on a call from the office in regards to this matter. This was over a month ago. No effort whatsoever."

"The wait time is beyond. Expecting at least 3-4 hours wait for all type of services. Please inform your clients about the lengthy wait time for them to mental prepare especially working with kiddos that has to fast the night before. Would not recommend this place. Unprofessional work ethic and rude attitude among staffs and doctors. They are so quick to take payments but so slow on helping their patients. How are you still in business with this kind of practices?"

"Brought my son here for some crowns and root canals…the customer service is exceptional! The staff were so patient and kind to my son. Esther is so sweet and explained every step of the process. Diana at the front desk is just as awesome! The appointment lasted 4 hours but no surprise as it is mentioned beforehand and in paperwork that it can take some time - come prepared. Would certainly bring my child back if I needed to. Dentist Diaa Zora and anesthesiologist Matthew Pauley ROCK and my son’s teeth look great!"

"I had to bring my 2 year old in for dental surgery and I have nothing but good to say about them. The entire staff was extremely friendly. They got us in quickly, they were professional, and informed me of the entire process they were taking. They calmed my nerves because I knew he was in good hands. The surgery went smooth and my sons teeth look awesome. Thank you !!!"

"My toddler needed crowns/fillings. We had to drive 1 1/2 hours to get it done and we were directed to this facility. We drove for the initial consult and then drove back another time for the operation. We were scheduled for. 7:30AM appointment. My Three year old had to fast from midnight before until after the surgery. We did not get called back until 9:35AM. During the 2 hours we waiting in the waiting room, my poor toddler asked for water that he couldn’t have and was very restless even more he had the surgery. We did not leave the facility until 1:30PM. The staff was sweet but the facility needs a new scheduling system. It was not something I will want to have to do again and will not recommend them to anyone else."
