"My son was accidentally booked with the adult dentist instead of the pediatrics dentist but the overall appointment was excellent! I can’t remember his name but him and Pam worked together on my sons teeth and they were very careful, fun, patient and quick! My son loved his experience. The dentist and Pam even eased him into the tools that would be used by letting him explore the different ones and explaining what each tool was used for. Even I started smiling and giggling while they were both explaining and putting on a show. The ladies at the front desk were also very pleasant and professional I highly recommend this place! ****UPDATE**** My husband took our son back for his second appointment but this time with the actual pediatric dentist that he was supposed to see originally and the experience was that of a horrible one. She told my 5 year old son “You don’t want to be a loser! You want to be a big strong boy” all because my son was afraid of the mouthpiece that keeps the mouth opened to begin the procedure and because he was complaining of the light being too bright on his eyes. My son then replied “that’s mean”. She proceeded to ask a shallow question to my husband asking was my son an only child. To have to hear this experience while at work was heart breaking. That’s no way to treat a child whatsoever. It was unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. I will be reaching out to corporate because there’s no telling how many other children she has spoken to this way. Both my husband and my child were completely bothered by this. When I spoke to my son after work, he said “mama the mean dentist called me a loser. I’m not a loser mama” Even in typing this it’s bringing me to tears. I had so much respect for this place until this incident. My baby was better off seeing the adult Dentist who performed his first procedure. He’s a much better fit and much more professional. My once great review is now a 0/10. I DO NOT and WILL NOT EVER recommend this place to anyone I know. I’m absolutely disgusted."

"I was very comfortable and I don't like the dentist everyone was nice the wait was long my appointment was 915 didn't get seen until like 1030 but besides that it was great"

"I called to get a simple cleaning and was scheduled for October the 28th when I arrived front desk Erica stated that participant only had a certain amount of money left in regards to insurance but I've never gotten a cleaning this year my carrier said that they should have cleaned my teeth. This office is very unprofessional I've called two times to speak with the business manager and I've been placed on hold WITH NO RETURN OR CALLBACK. I would not recommend this business. Suggestion before your appointment please contact them and ask them if they have connected with the dental carrier to make sure that your appointment is covered as there is no cost for any particular item. I was not notified before my visit. Due diligence does not live here. Do better!"

"Do not recommend!!! The Manger is GHETTO! Not professional at all. Got schedule to see there specialist in there office twice and when I did have my appointment they had me waiting for 3 plus hours!!!! They overbooked and don't even tell there patients any updates. Lettarly had to be getting up every 30 mins to ask for an update. There system there is not good instead if them seeing the specialist and get a consultation and then have them come back to do the actual procedure. They clearly don't know how to mange nothing! And at the end I didn't even get my tooth removed."
