Planet Ford Service in Spring

"For you and your families safety. Less than a year old brand new truck. Control arm failed and tire came off while driving. Planet ford took 3+ months to repair with no apology or coverage of damage costs to body and rim. Not only did the service and after market not honor their warranty they were in court during the same period…for God knows what. Used to love and respect Ford. But when you affect the safety of my family and don’t take care of the person in the vehicle, let alone stand behind your thousands of dollars warranty’s and vehicles I lose all respect. Good riddance, hope this saves someone’s time and lives."

"I just wanted to say thanks to JC in service, and the Mobile service team. I needed to bring in my Bronco for a recall and oil change. I was sent to the mobile manager Brandon. He had me set up with the mobile unit and I was all fixed up in no time, they came to me. The technician Trey was awesome! And thanks to my sales guy Clennon just because he's great."

"I had a great experience with Planet Ford Service. I was able to make an appointment with a loaner (although I did have to wait a while, which I understood). It was nice they have a loaner program to begin with. I brought my truck in and saw Kyle P. as my service advisor. He was great from the start with listening to my issues and suggesting the best way forward. I was in and out with the loaner quickly. I knew they were busy so my expectations were low, but got a prompt response from Kyle with an update on the findings. He worked through Ford’s extended warranty to get my issue fixed and kept me updated through the process. Everything was fixed within a reasonable time frame and the transaction was very smooth. I appreciated the prompt and honest communication from Kyle. Thank you!"

"There is no Service. We have bought all of our vehicles at Planet Ford and have never had any issues with this dealership. However, I made an appointment in October to get my wife's 2022 Ford Edge looked at. The appointment was a month out for 11/20. Took it in and was told that It would be another week before they could even look at it. Their expectation was that I drop it off and wait a week for them to get it in to just to look at the issue. I asked for a rental car, and they said nope. The car isn't even a year old and we always buy the extended warranty and service plan. I asked if they could just look at it, determine what part was necessary, order it and I'd be happy to take the car back home and bring it back in once the part arrived. This was also not acceptable by Planet Ford Service Department. I have never experience this lack of customer service anywhere and how can this even be acceptable? ****UPDATED*** 11/23- Service Director sent out a mobile service tech and my issues have been addressed."
