"Although the service associate Michael was very helpful Land Rover/ Jaguar left me very disappointed. The company had my vehicle for 6 days for a servicing & a bad battery. I later added having the wheels painted. When the vehicle was returned to me the battery was still bad & had not been checked. The vehicle had to be returned after I picked it up for the battery to be addressed, which tells me that attention to detail was not paid. The job wash rushed & everything the technicians marked as complete may not have been done. They lied & marked the battery as good but once returned after I notified Michael that it wasn't done; he & a supervisor had to watch the technicians actually check the battery and it was found that a cell in it was bad. This makes me not trust this location. Although the situation was rectified, I will not return to this particular location in the future."
