"STAY AWAY!!! I went to Patsco in January for a tiny chip, they repaired it. Went there yesterday because I woke up and found that the crack has started to open up a lot more (in blue). I showed him my receipt from Jan as it’s supposed to cover fixes on the same area for life. Then he had me fill another form, a “re-do” receipt, now it’s only warranted for a year. Kinda shandy. A younger man tried to get the tool to stick to my car and played around with it and changed directions/areas for several minutes and finally got it. And the he made a larger crack on my windshield (in red), not connected to my original one. Called the owner/manager of that location. They could refund me my original $75 or fix both for “free”. No thanks, not having it touched by this worker again. Called the corporate office. No help either. They refunded my original $75 and now I’m stuck getting a new windshield. Moral of the story- find a more reputable place and pay a bit more than this shop, ultimately it’ll be a lot less money, time and frustration."
