"I had damage to my car from a car wash on 7/2023. The car wash sent me to Milstead to get an estimate. Got the estimate done super fast, and Milstead said they would send it to the rep at the car wash for approval. I guess the car wash rep kept ignoring it. For six months, I kept calling and stopping by and even tried to email the car wash themselves. Finally, I went into Milstead again on 1 /2024 and encountered Chris. He heard my situation and said he would order the part right away and get it fixed for me without waiting for the car wash guy. He said he didn't want me to have bad feelings about Milstead because this other company wasn't holding up their end of the bargain. Chris called me the next day and had the part ready to go. I stopped by, and they fixed me up in less than 5 min! Chris went above and beyond, and I really appreciate that."

I first took our vehicle to first choice Collision on hwy 105 in conroe was highly disappointed in the matter in which they wanted to handle our repair.
