The Dentists at Greenway

"Our experience with this establishment was generally acceptable until a recent disappointing scheduling incident. Despite our family being long-time patients due to its convenient location, the overall impression has soured. While the doctors are generally polite, their lack of personal warmth is noticeable. My cleaning experiences have not been optimal, with a dental hygienist who was rather rough, causing discomfort during the process. Additionally, the cost of their services is on the higher side. An issue arose when I inquired about removing a wire behind my lower teeth and obtaining new Invisalign night guards. Their estimate came in at around $1400, given my knowledge of Invisalign costs, it prompted me to seek alternatives. I found another provider that offered the same services for $450. My dissatisfaction escalated when we encountered scheduling problems a couple of months ago. Despite having my husband's appointment scheduled and confirmed on our calendar, the office canceled it without adequate notice. The cancellation went unnoticed until the day before, disrupting our plans and inconveniencing us. The office, however, displayed a lack of concern, insisting that it was our fault for not confirming a week in advance. Fast forward to today, when I received a reminder text for my son's appointment. Still unsettled from the previous incident, I decided to cancel all our appointments due to the lack of follow-up communication. When I expressed my disappointment to the office, the response was disheartening. The staff appeared too preoccupied to address my concerns, with her stating, "I am doing something else. I don't know what you are talking about. I do have notes here. We do let the doctors know to review." This apparent lack of attentiveness to my concerns only reinforces the growing sense that this establishment lacks respect for its patients. In conclusion, the combination of impersonal interactions, uncomfortable experiences, pricing and an indifferent approach to scheduling issues has left me questioning our continued patronage of this establishment."

"Wonderful dentists! I am very nervous in the dentist's chair, but they take my anxiety seriously and do everything they can to keep me relaxed and comfortable. I am very happy with the work they do, the staff is great and the doctors themselves are just amazing women. Highly recommend."

"I haven't visited a dentist since I left this office 5 years ago. They are consistently 45-60min behind, and the second to last time I was there, I got TMJ due to how rough the hygienist constantly yanked down on my jaw to clean my teeth. This happened the previous cleaning, but this time was particularly rough. I couldn't eat, chew, or fully open my jaw for the next 2 weeks. I tried to address this with the owner/dentists, but they kept giving me the run around. 5yrs onwards, I still think about this because the TMJ is permanent and has resulted in permanent neck muscle tension and persistent headaches. Despite wanting to come support women business owners, I would not recommend this practice. There's too many good ones in the Houston area. Go somewhere else, and save yourself from permanent damage. It's not worth it."

The office space is very clean and the support staff are knowledgeable, nice, and professional as well. I was concerned with relocating and finding a new dentist, Greenway took those worries away.
