"Hubby and I have been going to this practice for about 2 years now. They have had a lot of growing pains getting up and going. Wait times were very long but have gotten much better. Office staff skills is much better too. Dentist is more comfortable in his role too. I recently went for a teeth cleaning/check-up. The cleaning and exam itself were okay but there were two very big issues. They told me they don't take x-rays any more unless I am complaining of pain or something. (Don't xrays show them hidden cavities?) Also, they said I owed for the teeth cleaning. (I have HMO dental plan and my services should have been covered 100%). I called my insurance company and confirmed that I should not have been charged for services. As far as the x-rays, they said that dentists can run their business as they choose and if I don't agree, I need to change practices. So while he could be a good choice for a dentist, I don't agree with his business practices so will be looking for a new dentist."
