Luckily, my car is lowered, so the damage wasn’t terrible. Now, the back of my car looks brand new, you can’t even tell that anything happened. "I chose Caliber Collision as it was recommended by my insurance company and it had very good reviews. Overall, I was very satisfied with the repairs they did on my vehicle. It now looks and functions like brand new and you couldn't tell that it was in an accident. They coordinated with my insurance company throughout the whole process, so there was nothing for me to worry about except the final payment of my deductible when I picked up the vehicle after repairs were completed. There were unexpected delays from the initial estimated timeline due to delayed arrival of replacement parts and the need to bring my vehicle to the dealership for calibration/re-calibration of its safety features. They kept me posted via text messages and email throughout the repair process. When I did have questions, they were addressed by Pauline via phone call."
