"Everyone at this location was professional, helpful and very thorough when it came to my car repairs. The finished work was absolutely stunning and it looks brand new again. John and his team went above and beyond to fix a few things outside of the repairs. The communication was excellent and they did not miss a beat. With the amount of time that it took, I was impressed with the work on my car when I picked it up. I would definitely refer anyone to this location as well as use them again. Top-of-the-line service through and through."

"They have ordered my headlights wrong 2 times and when I went to pick up my van, I paid my deductible, then Rick told me that my car was cleaned already. He made it sound like he did a favor for me, but instead, when I went out to my car it was dirty as heck inside and out. They literally tore up my car inside from the glove compartment; the owners manual is out to the middle seat in the van, everything in my middle consul was taken out and gone through. My little container with all my coins of quarter, dime, nickels and pennies they took every single penny out of there and I had about $10-$12 of change. I had a few of my red envelopes from Luna new year with $1 or $2 in them and the mechanics there took them all and tear the envelopes in half. I was very disappointing of how dirty my car was inside and how Tear A Part it was. I called and talk to the lady there and she told me that the manager will call me back tomorrow and I have waited for three days and still no one called me. service sucks. Definitely I’m not going back."

"Brought my truck here for front-end damage. When I picked up truck I found panel gaps were really jacked up. Brought truck back multiple times to get fixed and what I'm left with after multiple drop offs are a Deutche connector missing retainer, still out of line panel gap, an AC that leaks refrigerant, molding with plastic retainer clips busted during RNI and other unfinished work. After multiple visits to the shop and no resolution, I brought this to the insurance company who has reassured me on multiple occasions someone from the shop would reach out to me to resolve this which has yet to happen. Update: after taking my truck to another shop we've had to essentially complete the repair in whole costing multiple thousands of dollars. Still haven't had anyone from this shop reach out, not that it matters. There's no way they are ever touching. The body lines in the driver side fender don't match, the headlight was plastic welded and after reviewing the original estimate photos sent to geico they had broken parts during RNI and left them on the vehicle!"

"Geico sent me here to get my truck repaired for damage I caused on the passenger rear bed area. Jessica was my rep I have nothing bad to say about her she took care of everything as it should have. I dont know who inspects the repairs before the customer is called for pickup but a molding was not installed and very evident. The moulding itself was in the back seat and was the used one it originally came with. The back window was over-sprayed with paint in various places. I shouldnt have to come back for something so simple that no one caught. They even did a mini detail and no one caught the problems. Would I use them again? No. Find yourself a better quality collision center. Oh and dont use the Enterprise that is assigned to take you a vehicle. The vehicle they provided was absolutely horrible. Drove half a day drove like a 1999 and all lights came on including tire pressure at 20. I had to go to the actual store for Enterprise on Jones to swap out the junk. This is obviously not ProCares fault but just wanted to mention it."
