Lafayette gave me a quick quote via text, talked me through the different repair methods, was flexible with scheduling an appointment then kept me updated as he worked on my vehicle. In my case, the dent stretched the metal so he was only able to aesthetically improve it. The dent overall looks way better than before and I really appreciate his work on it.
