"I would not recommend using caliber collision. They take way too long to repair your vehicle. They weren't satisfied with the paint job that was done, then they weren't satisfied with the repair that was done on the part. So then they decided to order new parts which took them an additional week! Every time I talked to my service advisor he'd say something was done and when I call back later he'd renege and say oh no that hasn't been done yet. I was originally told I'd get my car back Wednesday 10/11 i didn't receive my car til Monday 10/23 with no updates, I had to call if I want to get updates on my vehicle. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! It's nothing but a headache and whenever i am able to reach them it was always some sort of delay. As a customer I've had a terrible experience starting with the receptionist all the way to the continuous delayed repair. My repair looks good but the delayed expected date for the car changed so many times it didn't allow me to plan accordingly/ahead."
